This premium mixed-use commercial office and retail development comprises of 8,500m² of retail space (shops, supermarket and food court) and 28,000 m² of office space. Pure Projects was appointed by the Developer for the fit-out coordination and site management role and were responsible for overseeing the construction of all office (20 levels of office space) and retail tenancies (3 levels of retail space) from handover by the Main Contractor from Practical Completion to the opening of the building to the public.
