Established in Australia in 1991 and expanded to Asia in 2000, our track record includes more than 150 projects for a portfolio of international Clients. Ian has over 30 years of experience of major building projects. His Project Management experience has predominantly been in residential and commercial high rise, hospitals, airports, and retail project development.
Sam Liew
Country Head - Malaysia
Sam is a well-qualified Project Manager specialised in high-rise building, hotel & resort development and construction. He is passionate about sustainability and is a registered LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environment Design) Accredited Professional and GBI (Green Building Index) Facilitator.

Country Head - Thailand
Vatanya holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and has worked with leading developers and many of the biggest retail companies in Thailand.

Lars would call himself a people’s person, with the ability and flexibility to adapt and fit in to the multiple roles he had during his career. He has 16 years of experience within Business Development, 10 of these in Asia.

Diem has acquired extensive experience in Project Administration, Design Management and Tenancy Co-ordination during her 8 years in the industry (3 years in Vietnam, 1 year in the Philippines and 4 years in Singapore).

Leonard commenced his professional career in Project Management since December 2009 in the Oil & Gas Industry and since moved on to the Construction Industry in October 2013 as a Project Manager.
