BACKGROUND
Boehringer Ingelheim had plans to refresh their office space for implementation of new smart office guidelines as well as business operation plans. A thorough study through workplace strategy consultancy was conducted on current office usage and was able to come to a “stay” conclusion when considering “move or stay” options.

CHALLENGES
Occupancy study encountered delays due to pandemic, but the team was able to collect enough data to provide the Client. WPS and PM Team worked closely throughout the entire project delivery period to ensure all project goals were met. The PM Team developed thorough phasing plans, enabling office live condition and minimum disruption to the business throughout the construction period.
