Our Perth team carried out the Project Management role for Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s latest commercial office fitout project located in Perth WA which is a national law firm, as part of the Brookfield Place Tower 2 office development. The project consisted of the design and delivery of approximately 4,000mÇ of premium office facilities. The programme included 12 months of design brief and detailed design development, with integrated fit-out works being undertaken by the Base Build Contractor (Multiplex) under an ECI model. Fit-out works commenced in August 2014 and completed in October 2015.

Our appointment coincides with the procurement of a national consultant and project delivery team who have just recently finished new Corrs Premises projects in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
