Our Vietnam office was engaged by Honeywell Vietnam to oversee the optimization of this new office space and relocation of the entire existing local office to a new facility which shall also accommodate forecast headcount growth.

This project was around 300sqm in area and located at IPH Tower, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, and involved working with a local design and build contractor, as well as managing the works with ongoing office operation teams. The fit-out included a new office design look and feel, MEP modifications, IT infrastructure works, A/V and Security system installations, as well as provision of all fixed and loose furniture.
