Pure Projects Malaysia was engaged to manage the new fit-out and relocation of Kenanga Bank’s Malaysian office space to a new location within a highrise corporate building. The new fit-out comprised 130,000 sqft over 12 floors.

This project was a Design and Build Contract and Pure Projects' main responsibility was to provide verification and third-party reporting role for the Project. Contractor works included the fit-out of new office space as well as reinstatement to existing location ready for handover.
