Lexmark acquired KOFAX and Readsoft and was looking to consolidate all business operations into a single office space. Pure Projects was engaged to conduct site investigations and provide a feasibility study on how Lexmark can optimize space efficiency given their current real estate portfolio as well as a recommendation on requirements for new office space to be leased as required.

The outcome of the feasibility study was to provide a strategic proposal regarding opportunities to reduce office overhead costs through optimising office space whilst taking into account expected future expansion and Stakeholder requirements.
