Pure Projects Melbourne was appointed the Project Managers and Superintendent for the refurbishment of the Heritage listed Central ward block levels 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 at Alfred Hospital.

Refurbishment of a 43 bed IPUs within ICU wards, within the heritage Central ward block building. The works required a full strip out, hazardous material removal and rebuilding of each IPU. These works were completed whilst continuing the operations of the adjoining.

The works to be undertaken will be within an operational environment, with a specific emphasis on delivering the project works while maintaining day to day operations of the hospital with minimal disruption to patients, staff and visitors.
