
The project consists of 1,050 fully-serviced 4 star apartments managed by Gloria Hotels International, 40 levels and 1437 car parking spaces, 342,000+ m2 of Gross Floor Area in 1 and 2 bedroom formats including a multistorey carpark (Ground Level to 8th level), retail areas, commercial offices and podium level facilities. Richard Coney played a key role as Clients Representative managing all aspects of the construction and MEP contracts and subcontracts from commercial / contract management through to construction management, construction and safety supervision through to contract completion and handover.
