Our Singapore office was responsible for the successful delivery of Project Management and Construction Management Services for Avenue Lounge at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore which is one of the venues from the Sands Theatre Conversion (STC) Project.

The project entails the decant of the existing Sands Theatre and conversion of the existing theatre space into a premium ultralounge operation which will be a joint effort operation between Marina Bay Sands and the Operator, Tao Group from New York USA.

An elegant and swanky lounge on the ground level of the same complex as Marquee Singapore but with a distinctly different vibe. AVENUE Singapore presents itself as a layered, luxurious and immersive environment for those who seek a more intimate venue for a lavish night out.

Avenue Singapore brings to the table bespoke cocktails and fun features like a mini bowling alley and arcade with vintage pinball machines and top of the line Funktion One sound system.

Expect a variety of different music genres on the different operating nights, catering to music lovers of all genres, from R&B, hip hop, to open-format mash-ups and more. The lounge will also have its own rotation of resident DJs as well as feature guest artistes from around the world.
