Pure Projects provided turn-key Project Management and Construction Management Services for Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beers at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The operation was a joint effort between Marina Bay Sands and the Operator, Black Tap from New York USA. Black Tap is a gourmet burger and restaurant concept founded by Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori with locations in the USA and recently Dubai, UAE. The concept for Singapore is a fusion of their US and Dubai locations but with a local touch. Pure Projects undertook the assignment on a turnkey basis where we were responsible for all elements of the design and fitout ensuring the design met both the Landlord’s and Operator’s expectations whilst meeting the timeline and budget set by the Owner.
