Pure Projects provided Project Management and Construction Management Services for The CUT Restaurant Project located at the Venetian Palazzo Hotel and Resort.

Pure Projects worked with Venetian Casino Resorts (Owner) and Wolfgang Puck (Operator) as part of a formed Joint Venture partnership. The Interior Design was created by TAL Studio and the Architect of Record for the Project was Moser Architects. Pure Projects represented the Owner as their Agent and Construction Manager and managed the project works on-site with the appointed General Contractor ensuring successful completion of the tenant improvement works.

The Project comprised of a renovation to the main dining room, complete remodel of the front bar and lounge area and private dining rooms all whilst continuing to trade. Pure Projects main role was to minimize the disruption to trade in order to maximize operation turn-over during the tenant improvement works. The project was successfully completed in November 2018.
