Pure Projects provided Project Management Services for The Factory Kitchen Restaurant Project located at the Venetian Palazzo Hotel and Resort, Las Vegas.

Pure Projects worked with Venetian Casino Resorts (Owner) and Factory Kitchen Group (Operator) as part of a formed Joint Venture partnership. The Interior Design was created by Design Bureaux Inc of New York and the Architect of Record for the Project was Moser Architects based in Las Vegas.

Pure Projects represented the Owner as their Agent and Project Manager and managed the project works on-site with the appointed General Contractor ensuring successful completion of the Tenant Improvement works and Grand Opening in December 2018.
