Pure Projects Perth successfully delivered the refurbishment of the Citigate Perth Hotel in December 2012. The project included the refurbishment of the 278 room hotel located at 707 Wellington Street Perth in the heart of the Perth CBD, Western Australia.

Pure Projects worked closely with HOST Hotels, converting the Hotel from the previously branded Citigate to the new Sheraton, Four Points standards. The refurbishment generally comprised of: minor room refurbishment and major bathroom refurbishment retaining services in-situ, lobby refurbishment and façade upgrade, inclusion of 11 DDA compliant rooms, removal of glass atrium, finishes upgrade to new Operator standards, replacement of MEP systems, lobby bar refurbishment, increased hotel rating from 3 to 4 stars, and vertical transportation upgrade. The hotel successfully remained operational throughout construction. The project recently won an Award for Excellence in the Superior Accommodation Award Category, as presented by the Australian Hotels Association.
