Pure Projects was engaged by Vanguard Hotels to Development Manage, Programme Manage and Project Manage the successful delivery of all Go Hotels branded budget hotels in Metro Manila, Philippines. The five sites are Go Hotels Cubao, Go Hotels Ermita, Go Hotels Manila Airport, Go Hotels North Edsa, and Go Hotels Timog.

Our brief was to assist the client to successfully develop their in-house project delivery systems across their entire delivery portfolio and also assist Vanguard to develop a complete turn-key building system that maintains quality and consistency in the facilities, branding, design and all services that can be successfully replicated across future projects in various locations.
