Our Singapore office was responsible for the successful delivery of Project Management and Construction Management Services for Marquee Nightclub at Marina Bay Sands Singapore, which is one of the venues from the Sands Theatre Conversion (STC) Project.

​The project entails the decant of the existing Sands Theatre and conversion of the existing theatre space into Asia’s largest format nightclub operation which will be a joint operational effort between Marina Bay Sands and the Operator, Tao Group from New York USA.

​The project was fast-tracked with the demolition of the existing theatre space only taking up 3 months of the programme, with major structural and fit-out works being delivered within 9 months of the original 12-month programme. Pure Projects achieved yet another “mission impossible” for the Owners, allowing them to take full occupation of all venues in March 2019.
