Pure Projects provided Project Management Services for The Mott 32 Restaurant Project located at the Venetian Palazzo Hotel and Resort, Las Vegas.

Pure Projects worked with Venetian Casino Resorts (Owner) and Maximal Concepts (Operator) from Hong Kong as part of a formed Joint Venture partnership. The Interior Design was created by Joyce Wang Studios London Office and the Architect of Record for the Project was Moser Architects based in Las Vegas.

Pure Projects represented the Owner as their Agent and Project Manager and managed the project works on site with the appointed General Contractor ensuring a successful completion of the tenant improvement works and transition into pre-opening activities through to Grand Opening in December 2018.
