Our Philippines office provided Design Management and Project Management Services on behalf of the Pangaea Group, for the latest Pangaea Ultra-Lounge located within the Casino component of the City of Dreams Manila Integrated Resort in the Philippines.

The programme comprised of 6 months for design and 6 months for fit-out construction of this 600sqm premium entertainment facility. We are worked closely with the international designers, AK Design Network based in Los Angeles CA, USA.

The project scope includes 2 x lounge areas, DJ booth, VIP lounge area, 2 x bars, toilet facilities, BOH, offices and VIP entry into Chaos Nightclub.

This project is our third appointment with the Pangaea Group led by Michael Van Cleef Ault and we are proud of our ongoing and successful association with Michael and the Pangaea Group and assisting them with their rapid expansion programme throughout Asia.
