Yacht Bay Tower is a boating-themed residential tower in the waterfront community of Dubai, named Dubai Marina. It is a 16-storey building that is designed to provide its residents with luxurious living experiences. The building was developed by Star Group Global in 2007. There are a total of 174 apartments, including studio apartments and 1, 2 and
3-bedroom apartments. All these apartments have elegant décor, modern furnishes and spacious layouts. Yacht Bay is located just a few minutes away from Marina Walk and Dubai Marina Mall. The strategic location of this tower connects it directly to the DMCC metro station.
