Pure Projects Philippines was appointed as both the Project Manager and Tenancy Coordinator during the Design Management phase of the project and will manage the project through base building construction and tenancy delivery.

The Project at 200,000 square feet houses 122 Shops retailers, comprising of 34 food and beverage retailers 88 fashion outlets. The site provides 2000 car parks and is located in Tagaytay, Philippines.

As part of Pure Projects commission, Pure Projects developed a customized Project Management delivery system, incorporating tenancy fit-out guides and a complete base building and fit-out solution for the project delivery.
