Pure Projects Vietnam was appointed by an international retail developer and asset manager to assist with the tenancy delivery phase of the AEON Long Bien Shopping Mall located in Hanoi, Vietnam.

​This was our second appointment with AEON in Vietnam of which we have now completed 4 new malls for AEON Vietnam.

​We assisted AEON by facilitating and leading an internal tenancy delivery team responsible for the delivery of over 96,000 sqm of built-up area for a grand opening which was achieved 3rd quarter of 2015.

​AEON Mall Long Bien is part of the Hanoi IT Park Project located in Long Bien District, and the current scheme includes 73,400 sqm of retail with 1,000 car bays.
