Pure Projects was appointed by an international retail developer and asset manager to assist with the tenancy delivery phase of AEON Mall Tan Phu Celadon located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

​We assisted AEON to facilitate and lead an internal tenancy delivery team responsible for the delivery of over 120 speciality tenancies for a grand opening scheduled for early 2014. The AEON Tan Phu Celadon Shopping Mall is part of the Celadon City Project located in Tan Ky Tan Quy District, and the scheme included 77,000sqm of retail with 2,800 car bays.

​As part of our commission, we assisted AEON to develop and implement their tenancy delivery system which will incorporate the use of our cloud-based tools which allows delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their compatible smartphone or tablet. All of the project data will be housed and controlled by our in-house
teams based in Vietnam and Singapore.
