Pure Projects was appointed by Taubman Asia to facilitate and lead an internal tenancy delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of over 70 specialty tenancies in the trading period.

As part of the commission, Pure Projects assisted our Client, to develop and implement their tenancy delivery system including tenancy fit-out guides which will incorporate the use of our cloud-based tools for delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their smartphone or tablet device. Pure Projects also provided Specialist Retail Project Management and Project Programming Services on behalf of Taubman Asia o the project.

The project consists of over 92,000 sqm of GLA and includes major retailers such as Wangfujing and 300 other local mid to high-end brands together with a mix of food and beverage and 1,400 car spaces. Opened in Apr 2016.
