Pure Projects was engaged by The Buchan Group on behalf of Perron Investments to assist with the delivery of this major redevelopment of an existing regional shopping centre development. The Stage 3 redevelopment included an additional 21,000sqm of retail built across 3 x levels of building usage including basement level car parking (using a topdown construction method), ground floor retail and 1st floor commercial (7,000sqm DDS, 4 x Mini Majors, additional ongrade parking, 2,500sqm of 1st floor commercial office, 8 x restaurants, 31 x specialty units, 8 x kiosks) and rooftop area including 1,600sqm gymnasium, rooftop car parking and a medical centre.
