Pure Projects provided Project Management and Tenancy Co-ordination Services for the refurbishment of DFS Fashion Avenue located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 in Singapore.

​The project involved the extensive refurbishment of the existing store in a single staged handover. The project involved the following aspects:

Reinstatement of the tenancy and sub-tenancies; Coordination of design submissions from all retailers;

Fit-out of tenancies to the specifications of the retailers and in line with both DFS and Changi Airport’s requirements;

Refurbishment of all common areas including the installation of a new multi-layered façade, signage and brand statement.
