Pure Projects Malaysia was appointed by the joint venture partnership between Freeport and A’Famosa to manage the tenancy delivery phase of the outlet shops project located in Melaka, Malaysia.

The project is divided into three phases, comprising Phase 1 - 180,000 sqft, 100 retail units, 1,200 car parking spaces, food and beverage units and an exhibition and event hall; Phase 2 - 62,000 sqft; and Phase 3 - 73,000 sqft with the grand opening targeted at the end of 2015.

As part of our commission, Pure Projects has assisted Freeport A’Famosa to develop its tenancy delivery system,  incorporating tenancy fit-out guides and implementing international benchmarked systems and practices.
