Pure Projects was appointed to assist an international retail developer and asset manager to assist with the tenancy delivery phase of the IICG Wuxi Shopping Centre located in Wuxi, PRC.

Pure Projects facilitated and led an internal tenancy delivery team responsible for the delivery of over 400 specialty tenancies for the grand opening in July 2014.

IICG Wuxi Shopping Centre houses 150,000m² of retail with 5,000 car bays and includes major tenants such as Auchan, Suning and Jinyi Film and complimented by a mix of local, national and international retailers.

As part of our commission, we assisted IICG to develop and implement their tenancy delivery system including tenancy fit-out guides which incorporates the use of our cloud based tools that allows delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their smartphone or tablet.
