Pure Projects Malaysia was appointed to provide Retail Project Management and Tenancy Co-ordination Services for the renovation and redevelopment of the IPC Shopping Centre located in Damansara, Malaysia.

Pure Projects were responsible for the full Project Management delivery and tenancy design review of approximately 150 specialty tenancies for a grand opening scheduled at the end of 2017.

As part of our commission, Pure Projects developed and implemented the PURE Retail App, the tenancy cloud-based delivery system, including tenancy fit-out guides and procedural tools which allow delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their smartphone or tablet.
