Pure Projects is currently providing Tenancy Design Review Services and Retail Tenancy Fit-out Co-ordination Services for Ithra Dubai’s Deira Enrichment Project (DEP) Phase 1.

DEP Phase 1 consists of 20 districts with approximately 1000+ tenancies overall. The DEP districts might be seamlessly interconnected, but each has its own unique location and character – from the wonders of the waterfront to the bustle of the Gold Souk – the world’s richest gold market.

As part of Pure Projects commission, we assisted the client to develop and implement their retail tenancy delivery system which incorporated the use of our cloud-based delivery system, Pure Retail App, that allows delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process.
