Pure Projects provided Retail Tenancy Co-ordination and Design Review Services on behalf of Pradera Retail Asia for their latest Shopping Centre Development located in the heart of Xi’an, China.

Pure Projects was responsible for the successful delivery and tenancy design review of 250 specialty tenancies for a grand opening earlier this year in 2018. Our team has provided services throughout the extended trade period post grand opening.

Pure Projects developed and implemented the PURE Retail App,  a tenancy cloud-based delivery system including tenancy fit-out guides and procedural tools which allows delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their smartphone or tablet.
