Pure Projects Thailand was appointed by Frasers Property to provide Retail Tenancy Coordination Services for One Bangkok Retail – Parade and The Storey, a landmark mixed-use development located along Rama IV Road in the heart of Bangkok.

As one of Thailand’s most significant integrated developments, One Bangkok features three interconnected retail destinations — Parade, The Storey and Post 1928 — designed to deliver a vibrant mix of shopping, dining and lifestyle experiences within a premium urban precinct. Through this appointment, Pure Projects supported the coordination and delivery of more than 400 retail stores across the precinct.
