Pure Projects was engaged by Vicinity Centres (formally Federation Centres) for Project Management and Tenancy Coordination services for the Warriewood Square redevelopment.

The project consisted of complex in-ground civil works, addition of a multi-level car park and expansion/refurbishment of the existing shopping centre to add 30 new specialty shops and 5 mini majors as well as new vertical transportation.
